Terms and Conditions

​Welcome, and thank you for choosing Leonard Teo Photography. ‘Leonard Teo Photography’ refers to the photography services offered by Leonard Teo, an independent photographer and creator.  By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

A minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance is due [X days] before the session or event.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel, please note that the deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible with at least 3 days notice, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply for late changes.

Copyright & Image Use

All images are copyrighted by Leonard Teo Photography. Clients receive high-resolution digital files for personal use. This includes printing and sharing on social media (with credit appreciated).

Images may not be used or printed for commercial purposes without written permission. Licensing charges can apply. I may showcase selected images in my portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise requested in writing.

Image Delivery

Final edited images are typically delivered within 1 week, via a Google Drive service. Please note that RAW or unedited files are not provided.

Creative Approach

When you book me, you’re trusting my vision and style. I make creative decisions regarding lighting, editing, and composition to best represent your session.

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a smooth session, Leonard Teo Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond control, including weather, illness, technical issues, or unforeseen events. In such cases, I’ll work with you to reschedule or offer an alternative solution.

Please note: I am not liable for outcomes that result from incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear information provided during the preshoot briefing or planning process. It is important that all expectations, special requests, and important details are communicated clearly and in writing before the session.

Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for communication and delivering services. I respect your privacy and will never share or sell your data.
